01. I can't decide what to do in my garden, can you help?

Yes! In response to the scores of customers who have asked for our help, we have started doing on site consults and we provide expert landscaping services to help you make the best of your garden. Contact us for more details.

02. Do you offer plant advice?

Yes, we give our customers general care tips for all the plants they may purchase. However for further advice, they can contact us at [email protected]

03. Do I have to repot my plant once it arrives?

Not necessarily, as long as your plant still has room to grow in its original pot, and looks happy and healthy, you don’t need to lift a finger. However, depending on the type of plant and the stage of development, eventually the need to repot will arise. One of the simplest ways to tell if your plant needs repotting, is to check and see if the roots are growing out of the drain hole of the pot. If so, this may be an indication that the roots are root bound and has run out of room. You may now choose to transplant your plant into a pot 1-3 inches larger than the original pot.

04. What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards for online purchases (eg. Visa, Mastercard).
However for phone or instagram orders we also accept cash, debit cards and direct bank deposits.

05. Can I place an order over the phone?
